It is walking distance to a bakery, butcher, grocery store, Pharmacy, the famous Jean-Jacques pizza truck and more. It is only a 15 min walk from La Croisette and a 10 min walk to Gotha Club and Palm Beach. In case you don't feel like walking, there is a bus stop close by that takes you directly to the center of Cannes or Palm Beach.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom and an additional bedroom; the master with a full bathroom connected and the other with a half bath. The kitchen is fully functional with all the amenities. The living room is lively with a dining table and a sofa area from where you can watch TV, but the beauty of the apartment comes from the terrace which mirrors the apartment in size with sun from rise.
