The 2016 apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and laundry room with washing machine. Sleeps 4 people + cot. The large and spacious terrace faces the swimming pool and common area. If you have a rental car, there is private parking in the area.

The complex is fenced and access is only possible via code-operated gates. There is a communal swimming pool with a separate section for children. Is also adapted for people with reduced mobility. The area around the pool is 800 sqm with natural lawn and trees shading the sun, and two heated jacuzzis with seating for 6/8 people in each. At the pool there are outdoor showers as well as a Finnish sauna with toilets and indoor showers. There is also a children's playground and an area of biomechanical equipment for those who love to exercise.
