The terrace floor is located at the top of the fifth floor of a beautiful and modern house. On the enclosed courtyard there is a large pool area with regular pool and children's pool. This is appreciated by us and all our guests.
The floor has two large bedrooms, really good kitchen, large living room with both lounge and dining area. The sofa is a sofa bed that can accommodate two in love or two children. It has a bed size of 140x200 cm. Two fully equipped bathrooms and a 50 sqm terrace facing south with sea views.
There are very few terraces of this kind in the area. The terrace has a dining area with awning so you can choose to eat in the shade, perfect for warm sunny days. There is also a large gas grill. Another part of the terrace has sofas and armchairs for socializing with good friends and maybe something good in the glasses. In the evening, light candles can be lit for the sake of the wonderful atmosphere.
Another part of the terrace has comfortable sunbeds. Perfect for lazy days in the sun if you can't take the 100 meters to the beach. But on the terrace you can also have a sun wall in the shelter during the slightly cooler season. This terrace really works all year round.
The interior of the apartment is top notch. Fully modern with all the facilities you could wish for.
