Villa

The apartment has 3 rooms with capacity for up to 6 people and is housed in the ground floor of a villa, 3 min from the beach and the center of Canet Plage. The apartment has a separate entrance and is newly renovated. It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen with living room, bathroom and separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe. The living room has a sofa that can be easily made into bed, flat screen TV and sitting together with the kitchen. The kitchen is modern with induction hob, built-in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Washing machine is available in the bathroom.
The house is located in Canet Plage 3 min walk to the beach. Within a few hundred meters there are several bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, post office and everything else you may need. The nearest hypermarket is within 1 km.
Canet Plage is located on the Mediterranean coast near the Spanish border 10km from Perpignan in southern France. The beach is 12 km long with fine sand. Lots of activities are available for children and adults. In the evening you can go on one of the many restaurant in the vicinity, hang on one of the many music bars or sit in the large garden under the mulberry trees with something good to drink when you are grilling.
The villa is located in a quiet area despite the proximity to the nightlife.
Bed linen and towels are provided if interested.
