Have you ever imagined the luxury of looking out over the ocean while relaxing and savouring the moment? This duplex is faced to the ocean, it offers a relaxed ambience with a sense of luxurious but yet home.
This 227㎡ modern duplex is located in a quiet residential area, just 5 minute walk from the ocean. It has two terraces, one is leading to the living room and the other is the sun terrace on the top floor. Both has outdoor table and sofa, you will be able to spend hours enjoying the sunlight or having breakfast, lunch or dinner with gorgeous view. Just laying down in the sofa, basking in the sun doing nothing is blissful moment.

The house has 3 bedrooms with individual AC.
- Master bedroom
The room has a queen size bed and TV on the wall. There is a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and washbasin with two bowls inside the bedroom. The closet on the right is for the guest.

- 2nd bedroom/ 3rd bedroom
There is two single size bed. There are spare bed linens and towels in the drawer in the closet. Another bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and bidet is beside the rooms.

Every bedrooms have a balcony, all the terraces and balconies with views of both the ocean and mountains. You can gaze at the ocean from there, please savour the powerful blue sky and nature but also aesthetic growing sky in the morning and evening.

The living and dining room has a large sofa set and dining table for 6 people. 42 inch TV with Netflix, Apple TV, Chrome cast. There are some boardgames and cards in the cabinet, feel free to uses them and have fun! It must be a wonderful memory.

The outdoor private pool is just for you. With a private protection, it’s not visible from the street. It opens during the whole year but it’s not heated. Water may be cold during the winter season, however we enjoy the pool except December through March.

The terrace around the pool, you will be able to enjoy barbecue with grill or make paella. Outdoor table and chairs available.

The kitchen has everything you need! With cooking tools, plats, dishwasher, microwave, induction oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, blender, kettle, and espresso machine. I’m sure that cooking at home must be one of the good experiences of staying at a rental house.

The pool table and TV lounge is down stairs. Bathroom is in the same floor.

There are two free parking places in the basement garage.

Buses are available at the main road, approx. 2km from home.
