Do you want to vacation in a wonderful house directly by the sea where you hear the waves' sound to the morning coffee? Our house is located 30m from the water's edge and it is in direct contact via some steps from the terrace. 150 sqm, two floors, large living room with open kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor and large terrace directly out from the living room towards the sea. Upper floor three large rooms 2 bedrooms and a TV room) and one bathroom and balcony out from a room. All bedrooms except one have large windows with sea views the other has beautiful mountain views.
The house has a large patio / patio on the entrance side with Moroccan mosaic table wardrobes, weber charcoal grill large fine olive tree for barbecue nights. On the large terrace on the lower floor there is a large table and lovely basket chairs as well as sun loungers and stairs directly down to the sea. Upstairs there is a lovely balcony with wicker chairs and tables. Three bedrooms with two 90 x 200 beds in each bedroom and the TV room with sofa bed 140cm. A cot and high chair. Washing machine and a separate small balcony to hang laundry on. The house is decorated completely new by the house owner who also runs an interior design shop in Sweden and it is very well equipped and comfortable. We have thought beautiful, timeless and practical.

Our area of Bahia Dorada is grown beautifully with a Moorish architecture. There is a pool in the area. Five minutes to Estepona center but very close to grocery store and restaurants, car is recommended, however, when municipal transports are few. You should feel at home but away as in a beautiful hotel. Estepona is a gem on the Sun Coast and you are close to everything. Experience small picturesque White villages up in the mountains or golf on Spain's most beautiful golf courses, hang out on the coolest beach clubs or hike on beautiful trails, there is something for everyone's desire. You fly easily into Malaga from many cities in Scandinavia and rent a car (recommended) it is about 50-60min to drive to Estepona. Welcome to a small paradise by the sea!
