Apartment

The holiday apartment is located in a quietly situated resort on a hill on the western part of Lake Garda, approx. 1 km from the center of Manerba del Garda.

The apartment is located in a resort that has everything you need for your vacation. (1st floor)
The living area consists of a living room with sofa, TV (USB) connection (Sat TV 500 channels including BVN, various German channels, ...), WiFi, music, and a kitchen with dining area (table and four chairs). The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker and kettle and toast machine.
The first bedroom with balcony and lake view consists of a double bed (1.60m x 2.10 m), the second bedroom, also with balcony, of two single beds above each other (0.90 m x 2.00 m each). In this room there is (possibly) also a baby bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a washing machine. The bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned. Wifi is available throughout the apartment.
The resort has free parking spaces.

The living room has a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and sun blinds. From here you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda, Sirmione and the communal swimming pool of the resort. All rooms also have a balcony, the balcony of the master bedroom also overlooking the lake.

The resort offers a communal swimming pool with an adult section (1,4m depth), a hydromassage section (0,9m) and a children's pool (0,5m depth), a playground, beach volleyball and football opportunities and a children's playroom with table football and table tennis.
Furthermore, the resort is completely fenced off, so that you can enjoy a quiet, child-friendly holiday with a lot of privacy.

The center of Manerba del Garda with its shops, restaurants and bars is around 1 km away. Furthermore, the holiday park is located directly on the pebble beach (200 m). You also have a wonderful view of the Dusano harbor (200 m away) with its bars and restaurants. With the boat along Lake Garda you can visit authentic villages (a. A. Sirmione). It is possible to book a motor boat without a license. Lake Garda is also suitable for other water sports. You can easily reach Desenzano (12 km), Salo (10 km) or Moniga del Garda (4 km) by car. Visit a market in the area? That is possible in Manerba on Friday, in Desenzano on Tuesday, in Salo on Saturday and in Moniga del Garda on Monday.
