Beautiful single storey villa with private pool, 4 km from the beach and the sea

The garden and pool enjoy sun all day and the villa is adjacent to a nature reserve (no neighbors at the back of the property) with beautiful views of the hills, the sea and the nature reserve itself.

The villa has an area of 110m² and contains 3 bedrooms with wardrobes (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and grill. Beautiful garden, private pool of 7 meters by 4. Perfect orientation of the garden and pool, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight all day long.

There is a barbecue in the garden. The lounge furniture is ideal for relaxing. The garden table and chairs invite you to a perfect lunch or dinner.
A charcoal BBQ is provided

The house has a parking space for 1 or 2 cars to be parked. The property also has a small wooden gazebo for the storage of recreational items, such as bicycles, beach equipment, etc., where you can also find a washing machine.

If you need help during your holiday or plan a trip with our help, let us know! There are unlimited options such as trips (or guided tours through us!) To the old town of Tarragona, fishing villages of Sant Carles de la Rapita or Ametlla del Mar, Tortosa cathedral, restaurant booking etc. You might even consider renting a boat to sail or sail along the beautiful coastline! (we can also organize this)

The villa is not surrounded by mass tourism and is ideally (quietly) located between the sea (5min.) And nature, in particular in the urbanization "Tres Cales of Ametlla del Mar", located 5 minutes from the coastal town of Ametlla del Mar, 5 minutes from Ametlla del Mar train station, 30 minutes from Reus airport, 30 minutes from Salou, 30 minutes from Sant Carles de la Rapita.
And 40km from PortAventura and Ferrari land

Everyone can enjoy an excellent holiday in our accommodation: sun lovers on the beach or by the pool, discoverers of picturesque villages, sports enthusiasts or nature lovers (Delta Ebro nature reserve just 20 minutes away).

Ametlla del Mar is best known as a traditional fishing village and for the pleasant and affordable restaurants, the beautiful beaches, the different bays with both sandy and rocky beaches ... do not hesitate to discover the one of your preference!

There is the possibility to add a cot if desired
