Villa on the cozy holiday park Domaine Les Rives des l'Ardèche for eight people with a private swimming pool. There are around 100 holiday villas in the holiday park, guests can use the tennis courts and the communal swimming pool free of charge.

Spacious living room with sitting area and fireplace, TV with Dutch channels. Dining room with dining area and double sliding doors giving access to the covered terrace. Open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. Washing machine and dryer available.
The villa has four bedrooms, all suitable for two people. Two bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and sink and one with bath, sink and toilet. The villa is equipped with WiFi internet.

Outside: garden with covered terrace with garden furniture, private swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m) with Roman steps. Ample parking on site.
The villa is located next to Villa Bienvenue and these 2 villas can therefore be rented well for larger groups. If you are traveling with a large group, it is nice to rent two adjacent villas!
