This spacious villa for 8 people is located in the beautiful park Les Rives des l'Ardeche. The park has about 100 villas and a communal swimming pool. Guests of Villa Fleur may use this free of charge, as well as the tennis courts in the park.

First floor: two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom with bath, shower (in the bath), sink and toilet. The villa has Wifi internet and also has a washing machine available for your use.

Outside: mature garden with private swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 1.6 meters) surrounded by terrace with sun loungers. Outdoor shower. Large lawn for the children to play on. Terrace with lounge set and umbrella in the back of the garden. Covered terrace with dining table to enjoy the food outside! Ample parking on site.
