It is not surprising that so many nature lovers opt for a holiday at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The large variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds of prey and, against dusk, deer, roe deer and wild boar appear at the forest edges. In the many caves, countless bats keep their hibernation.

Gorges de l'Ardeche
Rough natural forms manifest themselves in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardeche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem scattered by a giant hand. Through erosion they have acquired all kinds of bizarre forms. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth a visit during your holiday!

This spacious and tastefully furnished villa with 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms is located at the beginning of the luxurious villa park. The villa is not far from the communal pool so that children can easily walk to the pool themselves. The villa and garden offer privacy, a lovely private swimming pool, a covered terrace and a cozy corner in the garden with a lounge set to enjoy a book and a glass of good wine. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor (bath + shower in bath) and one on the first floor (shower). There are also 2 double bedrooms on this floor.

From the villa you walk through the patio doors into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden is equipped with a cover to keep the heat as much as possible. There are 4 sunloungers available. In the back of the garden you will find a lounge set to relax with a good book.

The villa also has a washing machine and Wifi internet. At the villa itself there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park.
