Moraira is popular among tourists for its sports yacht club and the 8km extension of beaches and charming coves, all with the prestigious Blue Flag award. From the small rocky beach of "The Cove", or a sail along the Cape of d'Or you can enjoy the calm and crystalline waters of the beach of the Porter, where you are able to enjoy a relaxing bathe.
In addition, Moraira has some remarkable monuments, from the defensive tower that dominates the beach, known as "Moraira's Castle", the coastal fortification of the "Tower of the Cap of d'Or" dominating the highest point above the beach of the Portet, as well as the archaeological site of "La Cova de les Cendres" in the Cap of D`Or.

A lively town full of celebrations and festivals, with an extensive calendar of events to enjoy their traditions. On Easter Monday, the Teuladinos celebrate the festival of its saint: St. Vincent Ferrer lasting 10 days, the most important celebration of Moraira.
