The house is within walking distance of the picturesque village of Régusse, located in the Var. The village has a bakery, supermarket, gas station, restaurants and sports fields. The house can accommodate 8 persons. 2 bedrooms en suite, two bedrooms with shared bath, large kitchen with all amenities. It is situated on a plot of 2000 square meters, fully fenced. It has a pleasant garden with olive trees, swimming pool of 4 meters by 8 meters, large sun terrace with loungers, dining table and chairs, pool house with lounge, gazebo, hammocks, swing and children's playhouse.
