CASA LIMAO is a modern house ( 2015) with its own ecologically heated swimming pool. ( via air to water heatpump and solar pannels) On the terrace is a foldable table with chairs, relax seats, umbrella and a fixed BBQ. The 2 bedrooms upstairs (with 2 person beds) also have a terrace with a view over the surroundings. The downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds and overlooks the terrace and swimming pool. There is a baby bed or foldable cot and high chair available. Upstairs bathroom has a large shower, 2 sinks, WC and bidet. The bathroom downstairs has 1 sink, a shower and WC. There are soap dispensers and hairdryer / hair dryer.
The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, extensive cookware, glasses for water, wine, champagne ... There is a dishwasher, a built-in washer / dryer, drying rack and washing thread; iron + ironing board; extensive cleaning supplies and central vacuum cleaner.
The living room has a large sofa and 2 separate seats.
There is air conditioning in all rooms. In the winter there is heating in all rooms via air conditioning or electrically in the bathrooms. We have free fast internet, Vodafone TV with a selection of international channels and Portuguese and Spanish TV. Als available: TV Vlaanderen with a large selection of Flemisch, Dutch and international channels and an entry for ( you own) Chromecast.
Closed private parking for 1 car. More cars can be parked in fornt of the house, in an quiet and safe dead end street. We have 2 mountain / city bikes available.( only upon request)

The caretaker lives at 6 km, is available 24/7 by telephone and speaks Portuguese and French. Owner speaks Dutch, French, German and English.
