Sant ’Andrea is quietly located in the Menaggio hills on Lake Como. From the apartment and the swimming pool you have a view of the picturesque town of Menaggio, the mountains and the lake. The corresponding swimming pool (6 x 4 meters, depth 1.10 meters) is open from 1 June to 30 September, depending on weather conditions. The apartment has its own garden and private terrace. The apartment is fully equipped.

The apartment has views over Lake Como and has a sunny location on the Menaggio slope. Furthermore, the apartment has a washing machine, Wi-Fi internet connection and a spacious private garden. There is an outdoor parking space available for guests.

The apartment is close to the famous Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club, the Loveno tennis club and the nature reserve in the hills where you can walk and cycle. In Menaggio is a wide selection of restaurants in various, impressive locations. There are also supermarkets, deli shops, boutiques, squares with cafés, a charming promenade along the lake and the popular Lido with a cocktail bar in the city. With a ferry you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and Como on foot or by car.

You can also undertake various activities in the area such as swimming, horse riding, renting a boat, sailing, canoeing, volleyball, renting a yacht, windsurfing and renting a quad. The main road to other cities is close by and so other places are easily accessible.
