The luxurious, modern and newly furnished apartment is located in the beautifully laid out complex "Santa Maria Village" in the hills of Elviria (Marbella). The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with lounge and dining area. In the salon you will find a Smart TV / DVD BluRay player, stereo and free broadband WIFI. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary amenities (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, microwave ...), a utility room / storage room with washing machine and dryer. The large terrace from which you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea has an electric sun tent, 2 sun loungers and a large dining table with 4 chairs. From the terrace you have a view of the swimming pool.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a sea view, direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two beds and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The apartment has a lift that goes from the underground garage to the apartment so you do not have to do stairs.

The complex is built in Mediterranean style and has beautiful landscaped gardens with 8 communal swimming pools (including 4 children's pools). The complex is closed and guarded.

A car is necessary. Santa Maria Village is a 5-minute drive from the beach and the center of Elviria. Marbella is 15 minutes away and Malaga airport can be reached within 40 minutes.

In the vicinity you will find many relaxation options: Elviria (Aventura Amazonia / Boomtop & Zip Line Park); Marbella (Puerto Banus, the old quarter, Avenida del Mar); Mijas (white walled village, Plaza de Toros, Water Park); Fuengirola (Bioparc zoo, Aqua Arena - Water park with slides); Malaga (Museum of Glass and Crystal, Alcazaba, the cathedral, Botanic Gardens, Kelipe Centro with Arte Flamenco and the new Pablo Picasso museum). Gibraltar and Ronda are within driving distance, while Granada, Cordoba and Seville invite you for a day trip.

Elviria itself is hidden between Marbella and Fuengirola. There are trendy bars and restaurants, not to mention the famous Marbella Nikki Beach, located on the beach next to the 5-star Don Carlos Hotel.

Relaxation has also been thought of. Elvira extends both inland and on the beach with many different activities for the whole family. The hills invite you to go hiking, cycling or horseback riding, and the beaches offer tranquility and there are plenty of sun beds and beach restaurants to enjoy a Mediterranean meal.

For the sportive there are several golf courses in the immediate area including the 3x18 hole golf courses in La Cala golf. There is also the famous Hofsäss Tennis Academy in La Mairena. Both can be reached in less than 15 minutes. For water sports enthusiasts, all forms of water sports can be found on the beaches of the region.

Elviria has a commercial center with 2 supermarkets (long opening times), shops, restaurants and bars. For those who do not want to cook there are several good pick-up addresses (with delivery service).
