Villa

Villa21vendee is a modern villa that offers luxury and tranquility. For us it is a second home where we love to stay. We have decorated it ourselves and there are works of art by Bas on the wall. For the children there are toys (Duplotrain, Lego, Kapla, games, DVDs). There is a stair gate, high chair and folding cot.
On the ground floor is a large entrance hall with cloakroom and toilet. There is a bathroom with shower, two sinks and a separate shower. Downstairs there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with twin bed (lits jumeauxs) 180 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with a twinbed of 140 x 200 cm. The living room has a sitting area with a spacious corner sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a full HD TV (Screen diagonal: 40 "(102cm)) with Dutch HD channels, Blu Ray player and stereo system with connection for smartphone. There is WIFI via fiber optic internet. The dining area offers space for 8 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, convection oven with grill, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, Senseo machine, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, mixers and toaster. There is ample crockery, glassware and cutlery.
On the 1st floor is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. One bedroom with twin beds (lits jumeaux) 180x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm (can be pushed together). The bedrooms have plenty of closet space with plenty of hangers. Each bed has a bedside table with two sockets so that you can easily charge your smartphone and tablet at the same time. Beds are made upon arrival.
The spacious garden with heated (optional, 20 euro per day) swimming pool has a lot of privacy, both sun and shade, and an unobstructed view over a meadow. You reach the large terrace through 2 sliding doors. There is a dining table with 8 garden chairs. Also 2 sun loungers. There is a large sunscreen. There is also a barbeque. The pool has a terrace with lounge set and parasol. The pool is approximately 8 by 4 meters and 150 cm deep.
The shed has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is parking at the house for two cars.

Villa21vendee is in Residence Les Jardins des Sables d'Olonne with beautifully landscaped gardens with all tranquility and comfort. Within walking distance of a charming village, La Pironierre with a bakery, supermarket, and a Tabac. For the beach, shopping and socializing go to Les Sables, where you are on the bike in 15 minutes. Bikes are available for rent at our park otherwise. Near our park is a Super U and Lidl.
The residence has a very good restaurant: "La Ferme de Villeneuve". The restaurant has a Bib Gourmand from Michelin and is also very popular with the locals for its good value for money. Reservation is necessary.
