At the rear a large parking area with a carport of 6 by 6 meters and at the front a large sunny south-facing terrace with 2 picnic tables, seats with a parasol, and a large veranda. The location is very quiet and yet within walking distance of the many restaurants and all sporting possibilities that can be done in this spa, including indoor swimming paradise, indoor children's play paradise, tennis, bowling, outdoor swimming lake, cycling, hiking, skiing, tobogganing, pedalos , bird of prey park, fairy tale forest, mini golf, children's playgrounds and regularly we have a deer in the back garden.
