Welcome to Villa Lucida, an exclusive and stylish entirely private villa hidden in the greenery of the Tuscan landscape. Located on a completely enclosed green, colorful, Mediterranean estate spanning no less than 12,000 m², filled with fragrant roses, colorful oleanders, olive trees, palm trees, cypresses, and waving bamboo stalks.

Three stylish terraces surround the fantastic swimming pool. Each terrace is equipped with a fully furnished outdoor kitchen with barbecue, luxurious lounge sofas, comfortable seating areas, and sun loungers.
With 2 fireplaces, an outdoor bar, and views over the Tuscan hills, this is the place to enjoy the magical Italian outdoor life together.

Villa Lucida is a modern, luxurious villa with authentic Tuscan elements, designed for pure comfort and relaxation.
Besides the beautiful thick walls, the ceilings with wooden beams, generous rooms, and a view over the hills, attention has been paid to every detail.
A warm atmospheric interior, nice seating areas, a fine rug on the floor in every room, air conditioning, and a beautiful bed with a good mattress. It seems so logical, but it is almost nowhere to be found.

The villa is ideal for two families, multiple couples, or groups of 2 to 12 people.

Thanks to three separate entrances and the possibility to internally separate the villa, everyone can enjoy their own privacy, while the atmospheric spaces invite you to come together for extensive [dinners, gatherings, etc.].
