The flat is located in a quiet building next to the vineyards of L'Anglade. There is a communal swimming pool and you can walk to the beach via a small road in front of the building.
You have your own parking space in the closed car park of the building.
Within 5 minutes you are at the weekly market of le Lavandou and after a 10-minute walk you are in the lively centre of le Lavandou with many restaurants, bars and entertainment for young and old.
You can also walk in the other direction to la Favière, the port and beach belonging to the municipality of Bormes les Mimosas. Here, too, there are many restaurants, a beautiful beach and many organised events in summer.
