Villa Sonrisa is a detached house with private pool and spacious terraces (225m²). The house has been renovated while maintaining the authentic Spanish style.

With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 8 people. The cozy center and sandy beach of Moraira are a short walk away (1.2 km, approx. 10 min).
The house is equipped with all modern comforts such as a fully equipped new kitchen, air conditioning, wifi, digital television, central heating, washing machine and comfortable new beds.

Moraira is a small and cozy authentic fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea, has no high-rise buildings and offers a wide variety of cozy squares, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.
