Casa Miramar is a stylish and fully renovated (2025) detached villa with air conditioning, a private saltwater pool, and stunning sea views. The house is located just 900 meters from the coast, in one of the most beautiful and desirable areas of the Costa Blanca: Benissa (Costa), between Calpe and Moraira.

With new windows and frames with built-in mosquito screens, two modern bathrooms, and solar panels, you can enjoy both comfort and sustainability.

Have breakfast on the veranda and watch the sunrise over the sea, or enjoy the view of the famous Peñón de Ifach from the pool. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, ideal for relaxing and completely unwinding.
