Welcome to Villa Iliaktida, a charming and serene retreat nestled on the picturesque island of Zakynthos in Greece.

Our exclusive villa is the perfect getaway for families, couples and groups that want to explore Zante's nature and culture. Our villa is located in a residential area and therefore no parties and loud music are allowed.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the island with a lush garden featuring fig, orange and olive trees, and enjoy modern amenities such as a large pool, a spacious outdoor area with BBQ and kitchen, a hammock for relaxation, a television with Chromecast, and an outdoor shower.

Villa Iliaktida offers various accommodation options to suit your needs:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed, ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: one double bed, ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, ensuite bathroom
- Living room: one sofa bed (double)

The Villa can therefore accommodate up-to 8 guests. All rooms are airconditioned.

The driveway has space for parking 3 cars and the gate can be locked for additional privacy.

The private but central location ensures a personalized experience, while a secluded beach and the cozy boulevards of Porto Koukla and Agios Sostis are in walking distance.
