This beautiful penthouse is located on one of the highest points in las Colinas, offering breathtaking views of nature and Mediterranean sea. Las Colinas is located 13 km from Torrevieja. You rent directly from the (private) owner!


Naranjo59 has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) a flat-screen TV, kitchen, dining area and living room.
All rooms have electric blinds, the bedrooms are equipped with shutters.


Towels and bed linen are provided. Our guests benefit from free Wi-Fi and underground Private parking.




The penthouse has a large rooftop terrace offering great privacy and stunning views of the sea, grounds and pool, fully equipped with lounge 2 sunbeds, dining table for 6 and gas barbecue.


In addition, the penthouse is equipped with home automation, awnings and air conditioning. The flat (and pool) is accessible by lift. Thanks to filtered tap water, fresh and cool drinking water is always available.


There is a large communal swimming pool (not heated) with swimming strip.


There are also some board games available.
