At the back is a fantastic private swimming pool of 8x4 meters. A wall around the pool and the garden provides privacy, security and the important shady spots for warm Spanish summers, a dream for sun worshipers.
The house has a habitable surface. of 135m² + roof solarium and outdoor space. She is built on a plot of 340m².
Light reflects on the glass panels of the patio,
the bedroom balcony and the solarium. There is a double entrance with parking space.
The large open living room and dining room (accessible via stairs and a beautiful patio) has a 2-person bedsofa Wifi and satellite TV are available
