The villa "La Lézardière" is a beautiful modern and spacious family villa in an impressive location with fantastic views of the bay of "Pramousquier" and the famous "Cap Nègre". From the villa there is an easy flat walk to the beautiful sandy beach "Plage du Canadel" towards Rayol or the other way towards Lavandou to the sandy beach "Plage du Pramousquier". Both beaches have several Bar-Restaurants and Beach-Clubs. This unique location makes the villa ideal for a large family and offers plenty of opportunities for everyone.

The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms with new beds. Two master bedrooms have their own "en suite" bathroom and small "walk-in" closets. There are also 2 additional separate toilets and 2 additional separate bathrooms. The villa has a spacious patio in the middle of the house, with a large, long dining table. Outside there are several terraces with seating areas and a private pool with sun loungers. "Rayol Canadel sur mer" is a unique picturesque coastal town with beautiful bays and sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity.

By bike or car there are more than 10 beaches to discover within 20 minutes from the house, as well as famous cycling routes for all standards.
A stone's throw away you will find the village of Rayol Canadel sur mer with its famous botanical garden "Jardins du Rayol". For an unforgettable day trip, the world famous National Park of "les Iles D'Or" is a paradise and only a short boat ride from Le Lavandou. There is a sailing school for all levels and abilities just 10 minutes away - on Cavalière beach. You can also hire everything from kayaks to catamarans, or go for a crazy ride on an inflatable boat! There is also a tennis club (with a Michelin-awarded restaurant - one of the best-kept secrets in the region!).
In 10 minutes you can be high up in the wooded hills of the Massif des Maures, with its historic villages of Gassin, La Môle and La Croix Valmer - to name but a few. Weekly craft markets in each village and countless fantastic restaurants make the choices endless.
