This luxury penthouse is a stone's throw from the picturesque harbour in a brand new complex Puerto Blanco phase III. With two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and office space. Impressive view from the terrace on the east. Stylishly furnished living room and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The entire apartment has central & silent air conditioning. Private parking space in the garage. Communal swimming pool 5 minutes walk away.

The master bedroom has a lovely 160 x 200 double bed and a private bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The guest bedroom has two separate single beds. The adjacent guest bathroom has a separate shower, toilet and basin.

Need a quiet place to study or take care of business? No problem! There is also a study with a great desk and monitor, plus a comfortable office chair. There is an extra single bed in this study for a total of five guests.

The living room has a super-comfortable lounge sofa and a huge 65" Samsung TV with IPTV (with a whopping 2,500 channels worldwide!), NLZiet, Netflix, Disney Channel, Amazon Prime and Apple TV. The SONOS Soundbar makes watching TV a truly unique experience. And let's not forget the insane view from the living room - miles away, you can see everything from the window to the floor. Staying at home has never been such a treat! All rooms in the flat are equipped with quiet central air conditioning that both cools and heats.

Then the balcony. It offers complete privacy and you have breathtaking 180-degree views all around. On the left you can see the mountains, right in front of you is Marbella and on the right you can admire the port of Estepona. And if you look down, you can see the trees of Las Mesas Park.

In addition, each room has a SONOS speaker that, together with the Sonos TV Speaker, fills the whole flat with your music - just via your own Spotify. And thanks to Philips HUE lamps, you can always enjoy the right colour light at the right time.

Of course, there is also a kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and even a washer/dryer in the pantry. The flat is new and has been rented out since early 2021 under the name #PrettyPenthouseEstepona.

Not to mention the communal pool (only open from June to September) and the numerous restaurants and cafés in the port or in the old town. The beach and the fish market are just a 5-minute walk away. Next to the complex is also gym Las Mesas with tennis (Padel) courts, strength training and various classes. The building is in the middle of a newly built park with cosy terraces.
