Casa del Sabio is a new-build apartment on the first floor with large private roof terrace on a communal swimming pool, ideal for couples and families with children. It is located in a quiet new neighborhood within walking distance (10 minutes) of the sandy beach on the Mar Menor in Lo Pagan, restaurants, bars, shops and large shopping center 'Dos Mares'

The 65m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms; master bedroom (double bed) and room with one bunk bed and 1 single bed, each with their own bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition to this, there is a living room with open kitchen, dining and lounge area with a leather longchair seat.
Each room has heating / air conditioning.

The contemporary kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, micro, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc ...

In the living room you can find a smart TV where you can watch TV via cable or WiFi or simply surf. Board games and books are on loan. 2 folding bicycles are available on request as well as internet.

The apartment has a nice large terrace (65m2) where you can sunbathe in 1 of the 4 available loungers, dine or relax in the outdoor lounge overlooking the swimming pool. A quick fresh outdoor shower on our terrace is possible! You can also use a washing machine, iron and board.
Parking is free in front of the door.

Casa del Sabio is located in Lo Pagan, just 900 meters walking distance from the beach, a hamlet of San Pedro del Pinatar, on the Mar Menor in the South East of Spain, province of Murcia.

In the Costa Calida there is a temperate Mediterranean climate,
with an average of 320 days of sunshine. This means that it is pleasant to stay in both summer and winter.

In addition to the beautiful beaches, there is also the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe. The lagoon (or inland sea), with its warm waters, knows no tide and the bottom gradually slopes towards the center where the sea has a depth of about 7 meters.

In San Pedro you can also find the beautiful nature areas called "Salinas Arenales". Known for its flamingos and natural mud baths (which you can use for free), walking routes, water sports and cycling routes. Different golf resorts are in the vicinity.

It is easily accessible from Murcia airport (Corvera, 30 min) or Alicante (50 min). Lo Pagan is a typical Spanish coastal village, with many restaurants and bars, a beautiful promenade and a small marina.

It is very child friendly with many playgrounds throughout the village. In the summer months there is plenty to do, such as a. A large funfair, outside it is quiet and calm.

From Lo Pagan you can visit different cities such as Murcia, Alicante, Cartagena, Torrevieja, Elche etc ...
