The holiday apartment is located in a closed domain "Villamartin Gardens". The domain includes beautifully landscaped gardens and 3 swimming pools, a petanque court and a few simple play and fitness equipment.

Less than 3 km from the sandy beach and less than 2 km from the brand new shopping center Zenia Boulevard, the apartment is perfectly located to explore the area. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The beaches in the area all have a "Blue Flag", a guarantee for clean and safe beaches.

In the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed box spring, and 1 with 2 separate box springs), 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.
