About This Property
Villa Vista (is a lovely house located in the Fuentes urbanization - above the typical Spanish beach town of Almuñécar - on the Costa Tropical. Because of the unique location you have a fantastic 360 degree unobstructed view!
Villa Vista has 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a fantastic terrace. Suitable for 8 people (+1 child). Everything fully furnished including washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, towels, yes even a beach towel for everyone. All rooms are air-conditioned. You really lack nothing!
ACCESSIBILITY
You can fly to Málaga in just under 3 hours. An hour's drive to the east and you are at the door of Villa Vista. You are now in the heart of the Costa Tropical, the lesser known part and more typically Spanish part of the Andalusian coast. The Costa Tropical has a particularly temperate climate. Never too hot in the summer, never cold in the winter. Ideal for a summer holiday and / or for the winter.
THE HOUSE
You walk onto the terrace from the spacious living room. this teraas is around the house so you can always look up the sun, but also the shade. You have fantastic sea and mountain views from every angle.
From the master bedroom you have a private bathroom and balcony with a view of the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. All bedrooms have a beautiful view of the mountains and are on the shadow side. There is a lot of cupboard space.
SWIMMING POOLS
Residents and our holiday guests of Villa Vista have unlimited access to the two swimming pools, located in the Fuentes district. The panoramic Infinity Pool is open from June 15 to September 15. This larger swimming pool has an overflow with beautiful views and supervision.
The other - slightly smaller - Panaroma swimming pool also offers beautiful views and is open all year round.
BEACHES
The house is only a few minutes away from the many beautiful beaches. From small bays to long and wide beaches. You can enjoy the so-called 'Chiringuitos' there. These beach restaurants offer high quality. If you want more peace and quiet, there are plenty of secluded beaches nearby.
OLD AND NEW CITY
Almuñécar, still traditionally Spanish, has a beautiful winding old town with a Moorish castle. There is a vibrant atmosphere with many tapas bars and boutiques. A modern center has been created around the old city with all the shops and services you need. Two large supermarkets, different banks, pharmacists, doctors and various specialty stores. There is a large market on Friday. And those prices ... Everything really much cheaper than you are used to.
FOOD
You can of course enjoy Spanish cuisine everywhere. From simple Spanish tapas bars to some of the best seafood restaurants on the coast. Also typical Spanish hospitality is that you get spoiled with tasty home-made snacks by your drink time. Would you rather relax at home? Then you can 'go wild' in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Enjoy your own meal on the spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and the coast.
SURROUNDINGS
Beach lovers will be spoiled, but also anyone who appreciates the heritage of Spain. Old Granada with the world famous Alhambra, Málaga, Nerja, the Sierra Nevada, the pristine white pueblo and many sights are all within a maximum of 1 hour. Even cities like Seville and Cordoba are easily accessible.
Within 200 meters you can already walk on country roads between the mango, avocado and chirimoya plantations. Nature lovers are in the right place here. Just a few minutes you are in the Pena Escrita Natural Park, the beautiful, unspoilt promontory of Cerro Gordo. a little further there are beautiful hiking possibilities in the Alpujarras. You can ski in the Sierra Nevada within a 1-hour drive. Usually from November 1 to April 1. The highest lift goes to 3300 meters!
