The villa has 2 covered terraces (front and back), living room with TV (43 inch, antenna, satellite + smart TV apps) and air conditioning, kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Internet (Wi-Fi) is available in and around the house. There are 3 bedrooms with separate air conditioning: 1 room with a double bed and 2 rooms each with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which has a toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

Rental prices are per week excluding linens, cleaning costs (€135), and electricity usage (€0.35 / kWh).
It is possible to order a linen package consisting of 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 tea towel, 1 kitchen towel, 2 sheets and 1 pillowcase, and a change of sheets and pillowcase after the first week.
This is arranged through a local agent who lives 100m from the villa.

No central heating: Electric built-in fireplace and air conditioning heating in the living room.
