Villa Pendulo is two kilometers from the coast. The villa offers space for eight people and is fully equipped. The four double bedrooms and the three bathrooms are divided into two apartments.

There are two terraces, one adjacent to the house and one at the large swimming pool.
The house is located in Benissa on the Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca is popular with sun worshipers thanks to the large amount of sunshine and pleasant temperatures all year round.

The area of Benissa is very green and mountainous. There are beautiful hiking trails and beautiful bays. It is not difficult to find terraces with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
That is important if you want to leave the house already, because there is a large swimming pool (10 x 5 m), a spacious area (2000 m2) and you are fully equipped. In the garden there is a jeu de boule court and a huge chessboard with chess pieces of almost a meter high
