The marble staircase takes you to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large windows on 2 sides with access to the large upper terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. It has a king size (180) mattress. Bedroom 3 also has zip-lock beds that can be made as a double bed or 2 single beds and direct access to the upper terrace Bedroom 4 has a king bed (160) and direct access to the upper terrace with 2 sun loungers. There is another bathroom with double shower for the use of the upper bedrooms 3 and 4. All bathrooms are finished in marble and have underfloor heating. There is air conditioning throughout. The saltwater pool is maintained by the local staff. There is a closed private entrance with parking for two cars on the property.
