It is located in a very quiet and traditional rural village in Paredes de Coura.
The house has 6 bedrooms in total, 3 of which are suites. It has 4 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 service bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, extractor fan and coffee maker.
Outside, there is a pleasant seating area with two tables and a small pool overlooking the countryside and the mountains, ideal for enjoying a nice late afternoon.

*This is a two-family house (with two independent floors), with the ground floor occupied by the owners.

Groups of 9 to 10 people: 5 rooms
Groups of 11 to 12 people: 6 rooms

A 5-minute drive away you can also visit the Church of São Pedro de Rubiães, whose first historical reference dates back to 1257. This has also been classified as a National Monument since 1913.
