There are two spacious double bedrooms with large double beds. A bedroom with two single beds and even more a bedroom with single bed. There are two bathrooms with shower, with soaps, shampoo available.
Bed linen and towels are included.
It is possible to have a meal on a nice enclosed porch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery for 9 people, fridge, freezer, hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, citrus juicer, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher.
As a complement, coffee, tea and sugar are available.
It is a quiet building, and does not authorize animals.
At a distance of 50 meters, there are cafes, restaurants, Arroios market, supermarkets, bakery, butchery and pharmacy.
