Fully renovated 3 bedroom apartment from the 1940's. Quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to the river, close to local market, tram and bus to move around the city easily. Perfect place to stay in the city!

I just finished remodeling this wonderful 1940's apartment and I'm really proud of it!
It's a bright, airy space with tall ceilings and wood flooring.
All the rooms have a large wardrobe and you can choose to have two single beds or one king bed.
There is good Wi-fi connection all over the apartment.
I love this space so please take good care of it!

You'll have access to the kitchen, living area and two full bathrooms. There is also a small back yard with access through the living area, I'm working to get it more enjoyable.

I live really close to the apartment so I'm mostly available if you need any help, otherwise just text and I'll always answer.

You have a supermarket 5 minutes walking up the street and a local food market (in the mornings) that is 10 min walking.

The river is a 5-minute walk from the flat so it's just wonderful to go there and have a walk, run or rent a bike (there's a free outdoor gym too!), check MAAT while you're at it.

In Alcântara (the neighborhood where the flat is) you have lots of interesting stuff to see and do, check out Lx Factory and Village Underground (15min walking) old abandoned spaces now converted into cool restaurants, bars, coffeeshops and stores as well as -working spaces and startup offices.
The Congress Center in Praça das Indústrias is 15 min walking distance.

Belém is a MUST go when in Lisbon and it's 20 min walking distance, lots to see and do there. You also have up the hill the Ajuda Palace which is really beautiful and usually has art exhibitions.

If you want to head to the beach it's 10 minutes away by car or you can easily take the train to get your tan on!

This is my favorite neighborhood in Lisbon, I'm sure you'll love it too ...!

There's tram and bus on the street, it takes you more or less 20 minutes to get to the city center and the same time (opposite direction) to get to the beach. You have these cool electric scooters that you can rent by the minute, you just have to download the Ecooltra app to your phone. It's super fun and practical and it takes you 10 min to get to the center (more or less 4 eur).

If you choose to come by car you have FREE parking on the street and surrounding area.
