This charming apartment overlooking the Tagus River, is located in an 18th century building completely rehabilitated and covered with original tiles. The fantastic location is right in front of the Church and Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, where the last Portuguese royal dynasty is located, with a privileged perspective on this historic monument.
The apartment has all the amenities from air conditioning to double glazing, it is spacious and spacious, ideal for families up to 4 people. It has a King bed in the bedroom area and two single beds in the living area. Full bathroom with manual tiles, fully equipped kitchenette with fantastic dining table. The terrace is great for the best breakfasts and sunsets ... an authentic solarium.

The fantastic framework of the attic provides intimate environments and a feeling of comfort. The connection to the history of the city from the mansards facing the front, connects us with the view over the Church and Monastery of São Vicente de Fora. The view from the terrace offers a fantastic composition of the roofs, the river on the horizon and the blue sky.
Between Castelo de São Jorge and Feira da Ladra, São Vicente is right in the middle, full of history and tradition. From Graça to Alfama, the oldest in Lisbon since the Moors, it is an area that connects some of the most iconic buildings in our history, with one of the entrances to the old city, wonderful views over the Tagus River and the walking distance from the city center - Baixa and Chiado. Between the streets and alleys towards the Tagus River and the typical Fado cafés and houses, strolling and discovering this area is getting to know the genuine city.
The adventure for the whole city begins with the charismatic tram 28 that stops right outside the door - the most famous.

> Our maximum number of adult guests is 4.
> Check-in after 3 pm | Check-out - until 11am.
> Late check-in after 22h: 20 € additional.

We understand that unexpected travel delays sometimes occur, so we ask that you inform us to reorganize our schedule and not leave the apartment before receiving you. Please remember that we will be able to go to the apartment on purpose, so if you do not inform us in advance and we have to come back to check in later, an additional fee of € 20 will be charged.

> Smoking inside the apartment or building is not allowed.
> No parties or meetings are allowed.
> The apartment is in a residential building, so we kindly ask you not to make any noise after 10 pm.
> Please always lock the entrance doors when you enter and the windows when you are away from home.
> Do not leave the lighting and air conditioning lights on when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. We and the environment thank you!
> Subscription to pay-per-view channels is not allowed.
> Do not disconnect any connected devices in the house.
> Please do not move large pieces of furniture from their original place.
> Accidents happen, but please try to avoid them. If something happens to the apartment, make sure that we are the first to know, so that we can find a solution quickly.
> We love pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
> The trash must be left on the street, above the building, in the existing bin. Collection is daily from 9 pm to 11 pm (except on Sundays).

> Third party bookings by agents are not accepted.
> Reservations for family members are very welcome - the confirmed guest will be responsible for the stay of their relatives.
> According to Portuguese regulations and authorities (SEF), we need your personal information (name, passport number or citizen card, date of birth and nationality) before your stay or at check-in.
