Excellent private location, Beach 2.5kms, table tennis, wifi, A/C

This private house is located in the Quinta da Balaia complex. It is a lovely cool summer house for up to 10+1 people, with covered outside dining area, barbecue, table tennis, grassed areas, located very close to the tennis center and on-site mini market. It is also within walking distance of the areas of Oura and Santa Eulália where there are many restaurants, cafes and bars.

Santa Eulália beach - where there is an excellent restaurant and cafe - is approximately 2.5 km from the villa.

The main house has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room (with free cable TV and WiFi).

There is an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower next door.

The second air-conditioned twin bedroom (can also be prepared as a double) shares a bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom is a family room. It has 4 single beds that can be made up as 2 double beds.
This spacious family room can also be described as 2 double rooms connected by an open arch, which is ideal for families with young children.

The master suite is very spacious, has air conditioning, a double bed and views of the pool and garden. It has patio doors that give direct access to the external areas. This suite features a private bathroom.

There is also a separate annexe (with private bathroom) which is the 5th bedroom in the villa. This annex is to the side of the house but has a separate entrance, so it's perfect for teens or adults who want more privacy. It has a sofa bed that can be used as a single bed. It also has air conditioning

Next to the villa there is also a laundry room with extra fridge and washing machine.

Outside you will find a spacious pool area (pool measures 10m x 5m) as well as a full size table tennis table. (pool towels, rackets and table tennis balls provided).

There is a spacious garden area around the pool, mainly grassed. The built-in barbecue is located under the covered terrace and has a table and chairs for barbecues on summer evenings. There is lighting throughout the garden as well as sun loungers by the pool.


Reservations are only accepted for guests under 25 years of age if staying with their parents.
Parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

From May 2024, a tourist tax of 2 euros per night per person will be charged, for bookings between May and October, for guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.
