To eat, just ask, there are restaurants that serve on the beach or if you prefer to go to the place is on the beach wall.
If you want to go to the city of Luz Lisbon, 800 meters away, there is a train, which also goes to the charming village of Cascais (the train takes 20 minutes to reach Lisbon or Cascais).
On the beaches there are all kinds of water sports.
