With lots of light, ample outdoor spaces and swimming pool in summer - ideal for families and for those who enjoy nature and silence.
The house is located in a typically Transmontana village - close to the Spanish border - 5.5 km from the town of Miranda do Douro.
The Douro River is very close, within easy walking distance.
People are still truly genuine.

The house has views of the village and consists of:
On the ground floor - large common areas, a large living room with fireplace and seating areas with sofas and tv, a reading room and games with tv, equipped kitchen and dining room. Two connecting rooms with en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor - six rooms suite with air conditioning with private bathroom.
Outside, large spaces with garden, seating areas and pool in summer.
The guest has access to all areas in an autonomous way (suite rooms, rooms, kitchen, swimming pool, outdoor areas)

In summer - employees access the house whenever necessary to maintain outdoor spaces, watering and cleaning the pool.
On arrival we communicate all the norms and functioning of the house to leave it in a perfectly autonomous form, however, we are always contactable and available to help you.

- Very close to neighboring Spain, we propose a day trip to the city of Zamora.
The village is part of the Natural Park of the Douro International, so we advise you to go outdoors - you will find free bicycles and other utensils in the house.
A short walk from the house you can glimpse the Douro River - one of the most interesting sections of the region.

Important - In case of failure of the mobile phone and internet / wifi network services, these are due to poor coverage by contracted services, due to the proximity to the border. For the reason stated above - The internet and the Wi-Fi service is a service offered by the house - it is not included in the rental value.
