Ideal for a group of friends or families this renovated apartment is located in an iconic area of ​​the city. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It is a 5-minute walk from Marques Square metro station, from where you can reach the city center (5 min.), Uni Campus (10 min.), Airport or beach (40 min.). By car to the beach (20 min). Wifi It is free in the whole apartment with bed linen and towels included. The Praca do Marques is in a traditional and popular area of ​​the city. The FCPorto's original stadium is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and the new stadium with the museum is not far away. Covelo Park is one of the city parks and is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment, you can walk, relax, do your personal training or take your kids to the playground.
The house was originally built by my grandparents, Mr. De Sousa and Mrs. Carminda in the 1940s. At the time they lived in the house next door with their young son Manuel (my Father) where they had a business on the ground floor called Sousa's Grocery. The property now belongs to my Father (who is pictured in the profile picture with my Mother, Amelia and me).
The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the outside and accessible only by stairs. With excellent sun exposure and beautiful interior design with natural light, this cozy apartment has lovely rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There is a TV with international channels. It has two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be converted into just a double bed if you prefer. It has a nice entrance and two living rooms. The main living room plus to relax is where the TV is and the other room has a sofa that turns into a double sofa bed and can be used as an independent division. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven and stove, all the utensils needed for a home cooked meal can be found such as pots, cutlery and crockery. There is also a balcony with a great sun exposure where you can enjoy your breakfast, meals or just relax. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. This fantastic location allows quick access to the main sights of Porto, in the city center, Clérigos Tower, Douro river, Lello bookstore, Casa da Música with shows in progress, etc.
