This Algarve holiday villa has 5 bedrooms with accommodation on 2 levels. There is a large automatic gate opening onto a private garage area with space for 1 hire car. The pool and garden are fully enclosed and can be accessed from the main entrance or patio doors from the liviing room. The pool is perfectly overlooking the boats and has ample lawn and terrace space for sun worshipers to relax.There is also a large uncovered dining area with a mobile barbecue unit and a large table and chairs. The front door at the side of the villa opens into the spacious lounge/dining area which has ample seating and a wall made entirely of windows overlooking the quay and pool.The large, fully equipped kitchen is to the left and has a strategic window to the garden. On this level there's also a water room next to the kitchen and a single bedroom, ideal for big kids.



Stairs from the lounge take you to the first floor and basement. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom. All bedroom have a small private balcony.The basement level is where you can find the games room with ping pong table.



This delightful Algarve villa is in a great location inside the Albufeira's colorful marina. A mini market and a choice of restaurants are within easy reach on foot. Sao Rafael's picture framed beach is a few minutes away by car and Albufeira's Old Town is also close by, a 30 minute walk or few minutes drive.
