The room has two areas, the living and dining room. The dining room is next to the kitchen and has a 4-seater dining table. The living room has a sofa that converts into a bed for two people and a single sofa bed if necessary, a coffee table, television and access to the balcony.



The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, television, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a door to the balcony. The complete bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet is next to the bedroom.

The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped with the main appliances, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, gas stove, oven, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, guaranteeing the quality of your meals. The porch has a BBQ grill with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy an outdoor breakfast or a barbecue overlooking the garden and pool.

The condominium's garden and swimming pool are large areas, it has a swimming pool for adults and another for children and an extensive garden in the central area of ​​the development, perfect for children's games and running around. It also has a tennis court that can be used at the same time. This condominium has a location that allows you to enjoy the many pleasures of the Algarve region, it is located in the countryside surrounded by almond trees and vineyards, with no buildings around and 3 km from Praia Grande de Pêra and Praia dos Salgados.

The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.



Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
