The property results from the reconstruction, adaptation and preservation of the traditional typology of two centenary houses.

Despite preserving many of the original elements, Solar da Bica has been adapted with modern infrastructures, of which worth mentioning the heated indoor pool, sauna, panoramic garden and sustainable vegetable garden.
