The housing is located in the area of ​​the World Biosphere Reserve where you can be in contact with nature, mountains, ocean and the daily calm of a rural environment, inside we want you to feel at home where an environment dominates calm, comfortable and with good energies. The property consists of a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, kitchen and pantry, plus it has a balcony where you can enjoy views of the mountains, a garden. It is an easily accessible property where you have two options to leave the car near the house or pedestrian access about 50m. to complete is a modern housing built and equipped to make you feel at home as much as possible.

Please note that from June 1, 2024, a Tourist Tax (Santana City Council) of €2 per guest, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, will be charged, not included in the total booking amount, and must be paid on-site (accommodation) on the day of your arrival. This Tourist Tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. It is subject to a maximum amount of €14 per guest.
