Apartment

The apartment is located in a gated community. It is a 1st floor, with elevator. A room with double bed, living room with fireplace (in which there is a sofa bed for 2 people), dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The balcony is quite large with views of the sea and the pools. It has parking at the door. A common landscaped garden with a swimming pool for adults and another for children. Bathhouses support the pools.
Punchbowl is a small town, quiet and pleasant. In terms of natural heritage the city's main attraction is a huge beach of fine sand, conducive to water sports, including surfing, and the so-called "Barry Esmoriz" channel currently in lagoon remediation process. Here can be observed several species of terrestrial and aquatic birds. Another of the great symbols of Esmoriz are his Haystacks: typical houses of fishermen, existing at least since the nineteenth century, built of wood built on stilts, allowing the wind circulation, water and animals beneath them. Some examples of these buildings are still inhabited.
