The villa (built in 1934, intervention target in 2015) located on the coast of Laurel on Earth site Cha, with views over the village of São Vicente on Madeira Island (5 minutes walk from the same village ).

It is 30 minutes from Funchal and 45 minutes from Madeira Airport.

The property has a total area of ​​5050 m2, which is exercised an agricultural activity for consumption, with many fruit trees and laurel (laurel). An activity that is contemplated in agriculture is the cultivation of vines for consumption (the traditional vineyard Jaqué and was strawberry traditionally known for American grapes in the Madeira Archipelago). The wine is produced in the mill property, a traditional Madeiran mill rod and spindle (where customers if they wish can participate in this work) and then the wine is stored in the cellar / Museum Garcês.

Customers on arrival are treated to a wine produced on the property by managing partners. There is one day a week where there is a proof of the wines produced on the estate if there is interest in the customers.

On the property there is a traditional barbecue Madeira (with oven, barbecue and home) to be used by customers.
