DESCRIPTION
The apartment is spacious, airy and located on the 5th floor of a quiet residential building with an elevator.
It has an area of 175 m2, two bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, a kitchen with laundry, two bathrooms with a bathtub, a large balcony with outdoor table and chairs, private parking in the building.
The apartment is well equipped with a fridge, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels and basic amenities for your convenience.
It also includes other amenities, such as WI-FI internet and in-room TV with cable channels.
The car is not necessary, but if you hire one, we have private parking for our guests.

The apartment is located in the center of Funchal, 5 minutes walk from Shopping Anadia and 10 minutes from Barreirinha beach. It is a 5-minute walk from the Old Town (historic center), Mercado dos Lavradores, Funchal Cable Car and Funchal Marina, where there are several restaurants, cafés and bars. In the vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores, fruit shops, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.

ABOUT MOBILITY
The apartment has easy pedestrian access to several attraction centers in the city of Funchal.
The area is well served by public transport, with a stop 3 minutes walk. In Funchal the operator is Horários do Funchal, in the East of Madeira is SAM and in the West is Rodoeste. You can plan trips with mobile applications or route simulators available on the Internet.
By car, you have easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT RULES
Please enjoy the accommodation and your stay in Madeira.
Maintain behaviors that do not disturb the peace and well-being in this residential building, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
The apartment must be left in a state of conservation identical to the original.
The accommodation of babies and children must be communicated in the reservation for the necessary arrangements.
Children must be accompanied by adults at all times and sensitized to prevent any risks.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but there is an ashtray available on the balcony for smoking outside.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Parties or events are not allowed.
