This property is situated at one of the highest points in Lisbon and enjoys a spectacular scenic view over the river. To get to this 4th floor NO elevator penthouse (there are no other flats on the same floor) you will have to climb four flights of stairs but the reward is worth it. Natural wood floors, granite finishings, deck type lighting a outside terrace (COMMON TO BUILDING) plus windows surrounding the entire flat (there are more windows than walls) provides loads of natural light making the space absolutely unique. The location is a 10 min walk to Alfama and Santa Apolonia train station (if you are not a walker a car IS be recommended) and although not central it is still close enough to get to most attractions by foot. The flip side is you can wake up to chirping birds as if in the country. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable, cozy stay with total PRIVACY!
