On the ground floor the house is large and full of natural light, decorated with cheerful colors. Upstairs are the 2 guest rooms designed for guests' convenience, with windows overlooking the river and brook.
Very nice outdoor area overlooking the stream of lines that will flow into the river Mondego. Facing the river, enjoying the surrounding green, and the silence only broken by the chirping of birds and waters. The house owes its name to the kingfisher, a multicolored bird that feeds on fish daily, "fishing" just in front of the house.
It is 15 km from Serra da Estrela, 10 from the historic village of Linhares da Beira.
